We coach doctors & lawyers, sales people & athletes, we do not have an ideal client, we can and do train anyone by focusing on them and their circumstances. The only thing we need from our clients is commitment to being their best selves. Their goals become ours, and all successes are celebrated.

Meet Your Coach...

Following 5 years in the British army, Harry followed his passion for health, fitness and performance to start MxA Fitness, and this is reflected in his clients' success.

With over 10 years of fitness experience in the UK and Australia and having gone on his own lifestyle transformation, Harry understands the struggles of beginning training, self-image and losing weight, that's what drives his passion to help others on their own journey.

​

Studying exercise science, Harry doesn't just train you to complete your goals, he trains you to be a better version of yourself. His coaching style is encouraging and knowledgable and he aims to teach each client how to reach their goals, including nutrition, exercise and lifestyle habits. With the aim of teaching you basic knowledge during coaching, you will not only work towards your goals, you'll learn how to keep the results long-term.
