To help as many people as possible, we operate in multiple locations in Perth, WA.
​
Our Mount Lawley location, within Goodlife Health Clubs is one of the biggest gyms in Perth and has an incredible range of machinery as well as other facilities, ideal for 24/7 training and sport specific programs.
​
Our Greenwood location, partnered with KnowStrength, is a well equipped and private gym space, great for if you're a bit more introverted or just like to crank the music and work without distraction.

Our full process is outlined below!
Mount Lawley,
Perth
Our home by the city and our primary location.
We have a wide range of strength machines, over 10 squat racks, a variety or cardio & conditioning options and a huge functional space at our disposal.
​
​All of this makes our home perfect to work on sport specific skills, train for events like Hyrox and complete training sessions towards your goals.
We even have a members area to sit down and chat with your coach!



Greenwood,
Perth
Greenwood is our home away from home and is our location between Joondalup and the city.
If you are located further north or would prefer a more private setting for your coaching sessions then our Greenwood gym is ideal.
​
A smaller space than our Mount Lawley location but that doesn't mean any less quality. Equipped with the latest brand new IronEdge equipment and still with enough space to complete training for all goals.
​
There is also a space for the kids to play whilst you workout!

Everything starts with a consultation...​
The Process:

You will begin with a complimentary consultation where your coach will take you through a complete needs analysis to get to know you a create a picture of what you need to succeed.

Next, you will go through setting realistic & achievable goals, your motivations behind them and how you will track progress.

Time to decide! Are you going to commit to your health?

You committed! Hurray!

Finally, now we're partners in your new journey you will get access to the coaching app and your coach will help you set it up and give you a rundown on how it works.

Next steps:

Scheduling, this would have been discussed during the needs analysis but now is the time to lock in your session times with your coach.

Your coach will go away and put together your personalised training plan & then upload it to the coaching app where you can view the sessions ahead of time.

He will also upload some documents for you to read through if you so wish that cover Nutrition, Joints and some other fun topics.

It's time for your first session! Woohoo!

On your last session of the week your coach will run through a weekly check-in with you to make sure you're on track and to get ahead of any potential obstacles in your life.

Progression:

Training will progress as you do in a number of different ways, including weights, exercise variation, frequency etc.

Nutrition will also progress, you are not expected to drastically change to a boring unrealistic meal plan. Diet will be assessed in the needs analysis and monitored in the beginning weeks with improvements made in steps, not all at once.

By using consistent check-ins, optimising your training & nutrition gradually and getting in front of obstacles before they occur, we will ensure the highest consistency leading to the best results possible.
​
At all times your coach will be approachable & knowledgable and, with a focus on anatomy, ensure the correct activation of muscles and optimise techniques for you, as each person is different. Our coaching style is to instruct and teach so that when the time comes we are not training together, you will have the knowledge and experience to reach your goals.
