I've been training with Harry for a while now and the results have been consistent and noticeable. He’s helped me build my physique and has set macro goals that align perfectly with what I’m trying to achieve, and I’ve seen the impact pretty quickly. His knowledge really stands out; if a movement isn’t hitting right, he’ll make a small adjustment and it clicks instantly. He’s also been incredibly helpful in managing and working around injuries, always keeping me on track without pushing too far.
